Stanley Black & Decker in СIS Region had the task to establish a reliable and effective communication channel with several large offline and online DIY-retailers, including Leroy Merlin, Petrovich, Maxidom, Ozon and online marketplaces. They needed to exchange data on orders and deliveries, minimizing costs and efforts for support of these business processes.

At the same time, electronic document management and processing of logistic EDI messages had to take into account the specifics of the company's IT system that used SAP.
